1 – SHIPPING

Orders will be delivered to the street level if they are palletized.

Since the products are palletized, we ensure that you receive them in perfect condition, as they are shipped fully assembled and ready to use. Any issues such as dents, breakage, or other damage must be reported to the delivery person upon delivery of the merchandise.

We ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands; shipping costs vary depending on the product’s size and the number of units.

Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal take 5 to 25 business days to arrive.

3 – DELIVERY

The courier company typically delivers during business hours, so if you have a preferred delivery time, please let us know in the order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The order will be delivered to the requested street-level address. Therefore, you can choose your preferred location for receiving the package.

4 – DELIVERY TIME: 5–25 days

The delivery time for our orders is 5–25 business days.

In some cases, such as holidays and vacation periods, or depending on the production time for the design, the delivery time may vary. In any case, our staff will contact you to offer a solution and inform you of the delivery time, which will always be as fast as possible.

5 – ORDER TRACKING

You can check the status of your order in your account. In addition, Arenaa will send you an order confirmation email and another email when your order is ready to be shipped to your address.

6 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / DELIVERY ABROAD

For international shipping, we ship to the following countries: Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, and the Netherlands. You must pay by credit card or PayPal. Delivery time in European countries is approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the country. Please check the Exchanges and Returns page for more details on the terms and conditions for exchanges and returns. The shipping rates for orders are as follows:

7 – PRICES, TAXES, FEES, AND DUTIES

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Prices are listed in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of an obvious error in the price listed on the product page, the price specified for that product in the informational email we will send you once we detect the error will prevail. The retail price of items shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands includes VAT. The retail price of items shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla—and, in general, any country other than Spain—does not include VAT. The price listed for each item is the final price for shipments to these autonomous communities. Arenaa will not be responsible for the DUA (Customs Declaration) or for any import costs, taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees, or duties that may be incurred at the destination customs office, if applicable. IMPORTANT: We are not liable for any failure to fulfill or delay in fulfilling obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. Although most deliveries are made within the specified timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to data entry errors, inclement weather, periods of high order volume, etc. In that case, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Additionally, meeting deadlines also depends on external third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, shutdowns, accidents, or other acts of God. However, Arenaa will always seek the quickest solution.
