1 – SHIPMENTS
Shipments are made to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands and costs vary depending on the size of the product and the number of units.
For custom-made products or large orders, please send an email to pedidos@arenaa.es
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, send an email before placing your order to pedidos@arenaa.es
For shipments abroad, please review section 6 shipments abroad (DELIVERY ABROAD).
Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal arrive within 5 to 20 business days.

3 – RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a delivery time preference, you can indicate it in the order comment and we will try to comply.
The order will be delivered to the requested address. Therefore, you can choose the place you prefer for receipt.
4 – RECEPTION TIME: 5/20 days
The delivery time for our orders is 5/20 working days.
In some cases, such as holidays and vacations or depending on the manufacturing time of the design, the delivery time may vary. In any case, our staff will contact you to provide a solution and to inform you of the delivery time, which will always be as fast as possible.
5 – ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order in your created account. In addition, Arenaa will send an order confirmation email and another email when your order is about to be shipped to your home.
6 – SHIPMENTS ABROAD / DELIVERY ABROAD
For delivery abroad, international shipments are sent to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic and Switzerland. You must pay by Credit card or by Paypal. The Cash on delivery option is not allowed to deliver abroad. The delivery time in European countries is about 20/30 business days . The exchanges and returns are not allowed to delivery abroad. The shipping price for these European countries is 20 euros more per order following the second point. Prior to ordering your products to a different country, please contact us at:trabajos@arenaa.es. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
7 – PRICES, TAXES, FEES AND TARIFFS
Prices are expressed in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of a manifest error in the setting of the price that appears on the product sheet, the price established for said product in the information email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail. The RRP of items with a shipping address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT. The RRP of items with a shipping address to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any country other than Spain, does not include VAT. The price indicated on each item is the final price for shipments to these Autonomous Communities. Arenaa will not be responsible for the DUA or for import costs and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs that are generated at the customs of destination, if applicable. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the non-compliance or delay of obligations that are due to causes beyond our control, such as in the case of force majeure or fortuitous event. Although most deliveries are made within the stated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather, dates with a high volume of orders, etc. In such cases, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Furthermore, compliance with deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure. However, Aenaa will always seek the quickest solution.
