1 – SHIPPING
We ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands, and costs vary depending on the size of the product and the number of units.
For custom-made products or large orders, please email pedidos@arenaa.es.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please send an email to pedidos@arenaa.es before placing your order.
For shipments abroad, please review section 6 shipments abroad (DELIVERY ABROAD).
Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal take 5 to 25 business days.

3 – RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a delivery time preference, please let us know in your order comment, and we will try to accommodate.
Your order will be delivered to the requested address. You can choose your preferred pickup location.
4 – RECEIPT TIME: 5/25 days
Our orders are delivered within 5-25 business days.
In some cases, such as holidays and vacations, or depending on the design's manufacturing time, the delivery time may vary. In any case, our staff will contact you to provide a solution and inform you of the delivery time, which will always be as fast as possible.
5 – ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order in your created account. Arenaa will also send an order confirmation email and another email when your order is about to be shipped to your home.
6 – SHIPMENTS ABROAD / DELIVERY ABROAD
For delivery abroad, international shipments are sent to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic and Switzerland. You must pay by Credit card or by Paypal. The Cash on delivery option is not allowed to deliver abroad. The delivery time in European countries is about 20/30 business days . The exchanges and returns are not allowed to delivery abroad. The shipping price for these European countries is 20 euros more per order following the second point. Prior to ordering your products to a different country, please contact us at:trabajos@arenaa.es. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
7 – PRICES, TAXES, FEES AND TARIFFS
Prices are expressed in euros and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event of a manifest error in the pricing appearing on the product sheet, the price established for that product in the informative email we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail. The RRP for items shipped to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT. The RRP for items shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, and in general, any country other than Spain, does not include VAT. The price indicated for each item is the final price for shipments to these Autonomous Communities. Arenaa will not be responsible for the DUA (Dual Tax), import charges, taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees, or duties incurred at the destination customs office, if applicable. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the failure or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or unforeseen events. Although most deliveries are made within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather, high-volume orders, etc. In such cases, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Furthermore, compliance with deadlines is also dependent on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents, or other force majeure events. However, Aenaa will always seek the quickest solution.
